What introduced me to Reflexology?
Following stressful life events and working in the IT, banking and health care industries my health gradually began to deteriorate. These events took me on a path of positive, meaningful experiences and self discovery. I had to learn to adapt my lifestyle and instil some subtle changes to balance my emotional and physically well-being.
Having suffered from weekly headaches and migraines, from the age of 20 (a subject I am very passionate about), I realised and acknowledged that these stemmed from built up tension, stress and emotions that I had not dealt with.
After trying many other holistic therapies, reflexology was the only therapy to actually enable me to relax. Combining reflexology with exercise and diet changes, the impact of my headaches is far more manageable than ever imagined. Alongside western medicine, I have always been intrigued with holistic therapies. This prompted me to finally listen to my intuition and embark on a course at London School of Reflexology, gaining a Diploma in Reflexology.
I have encountered many hurdles in life, as have most of us but each one has made me stronger and empathic. I have found that truly wanting to make a change accompanied with a positive mindset can help to release negative thoughts, feelings and burdens allowing you to move forward.
Why choose me as your Reflexologist?
I am sincere and empathic and want to help you to make a difference by tailoring treatments to your needs. For that hour, you are the only one who is important and it is your hour of being spoilt! I would love to work with you, towards good health, on a mental, physical and spiritual level. I have come to realise that you have to take care of yourself first, on all levels, in order to give your best to others. We all love to be pampered, so why not give me a call.
